About Shrinidhi College of Nursing

To instill and expand, in the students, an approach and pledge for nursing and to impart the necessary knowledge and skills to give widespread nursing care to the patients suffering from diverse types of diseases.
To develop skills in the students to identify and astutely construe the physical, mental and emotional manifestations of illness and to exercise individual nursing care to the patients.
To assist the students to work in mutual co-operation with medical and paramedical personnel and to participate & co-ordinate a variety of programmes for prevention of diseases and endorsement of general health care of the community.
To help the students incorporate the principles of mental hygiene and implement ethical and moral codes in the practice of nursing.
To prepare the students to be inter-reliant in their work and to become gradually independent and financially self-sufficient in the course of time, in their career.
To train the students to be responsive to the rights of others and at the same time aware of their duties and responsibilities to others in their profession.
To encourage the students in their extra curricular activities and provide possibilities to exhibit their hidden talents.
